You can visit one of Al Etihad Credit Bureau’s customer service centres and provide an original valid Emirates ID Card, Passport(s) Copy and a valid email address. It costs AED 150, and you can pay with credit, debit or e-dirham cards. The Dubai office is in Rolex Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Abu Dhabi office is in the same building as the Ministry of Energy.

Its a shame people still have to go in person to get their credit score. If the banks in Dubai could wake up to digital KYC the place would run a lot smoother.
