If you’re an ADCB customer, you should know that you’ll see some disruption to your banking services at the end of the month.
The bank announced this week that it’s conducting a system upgrade from 4pm on 30 September until 8am on 3 October. During this time, most banking services will be unavailable – including online and mobile banking.

Customers will still be able to use their credit cards and debit cards to make payments, and they’ll also be able to withdraw cash from ATMs. The only difference you’ll notice on that front is that you won’t get SMS notifications about your withdrawals or purchases.
Branches will remain open during this period, but most services will be unavailable, ADCB said. For instance, cash deposits won’t be available, nor will cheque deposits, direct debits or bank transfers.

Still, once ADCB’s services have been restored, they’re expected to be better than before, so the disruption should be worth it!
