All year round in Dubai, it’s brunch season. To match the demand, there are countless numbers of hotels that all offer amazing brunches. The problem is, the majority of the ones you actually want to go to are pretty expensive. And all this brunching adds up eventually.

That’s why we’re ranking every brunch in the city under AED 250. You don’t have to spend a lot of money for some good food and a good time. Here are our top picks.

  1. The Daily, Rove, Downtown Dubai
    Price: AED 99 per person

This brunch is one for the families. Not only does it have a play area for your little ones, but the food is also simple enough for picky eaters. Expect sandwiches, pastries, cheeses, and selection of meats.

  1. Spice Island, Deira
    Price: AED 199 per person

The clue is in the name. You can sample international cuisine from six live cooking stations. And if you have children under the age of six then they eat for free.

  1. Little Suzie’s Diner Brunch, Pullman Deira City Centre
    Price: AED 195 per person

The word ‘Diner’ gives a clue as to what this brunch is all about. Fill your plate with burgers, fries, hot dogs and wings and you can even grab a classic breakfast selection of bagels, waffles and pancakes. There’s also a whole section dedicated to children.

  1. The Atrium, Barsha
    Price: AED 249 per person

This is another brunch for families. Along with tasty international food stations, there is also entertainment for adults and children.

    Price: AED 199 per person

This is an evening brunch, so expect a slightly rowdier crowd. The food portions are small and there are limited options. But if you enjoy a dance and a busy atmosphere then check out this brunch.

    Price: AED 159 per person

If you love Italian food and nothing else, then head down to Pizza Express. This brunch offers an unlimited selection of pizzas and pasta. It may be good if you’re avoiding spending too much money, but not if you’re avoiding carbs!

  1. Double Decker, DIFC
    Price: AED 220 per person

If you’re a western expat living in Dubai and haven’t been to Double Decker, then it’s time to head down there. Styled as a traditional British pub, this brunch is perfect if you’re looking for an electric atmosphere rather than quality food.

    Price: AED 199 per person

This family brunch features English and Irish dishes at an affordable price. And if the price isn’t the selling point for you, there is a supervised kids’ room with face painting, movies and other activities to keep them occupied.

This brunch is similar to Double Decker, but with some classic party games thrown in. You can spend your time playing on the foosball table or even try your hand at FIFA on the Xbox. You won’t be blown away by the food, but you’ll certainly have a good time.

A popular brunch among Dubai expats as you can have British and international cuisine all under one roof. The food is pretty decent and there are plenty of options for the kids. And if you still want to continue after the brunch is over, you can head up to the Terrace for shisha and drinks during happy hour.

If you’re a fan of Indian cuisine, this brunch exclusively offers it. You don’t get unlimited drinks with the package, but this is more of a laid-back brunch, so don’t expect it to be full of hardcore party goers. Go for the fabulous food and enjoy the downtime.

Qwerty is best known as an after-work hangout, but the brunch is worth checking out. It only lasts a few hours so it’s a lot more relaxed than most brunches in Dubai. A fun twist to Qwerty’s quirky brunch is you can join in a Whatsapp group to receive silent text challenges that allow you to win prizes like weekend getaways or free drinks. And if that sounds too much for you, there are plenty of mini arcade and board games.

Who doesn’t love everything about the Irish? You can sit in a stylish modern bar with a great atmosphere indulging in some traditional British cuisine. This is definitely a ‘home away from home’ brunch.

As a restaurant, this is probably the best reasonably priced place to go for delicious Japanese food. And now that winter has finally come, you can enjoy the tasty sharing dishes in a trendy garden setting.

Okay, this one is slightly over the AED 250 budget, but this brunch is worth adding to the list. Every Friday, Warehouse not only has an endless selection of tasty food and drinks, but it also comes with the exciting and lively atmosphere that most brunch goers are looking for.

Ting Irie, translated from Jamaican patois, literally means ‘Every ting’s good’. And it lives up to the name. Expect classic Jamaican dishes like goat curry, plantain chips and oxtail coco bread sandwiches.
