Nakheel Is Set To Launch Dragon Towers At Dragon City

Nakheel will officially launch Dragon Towers, a new twin-tower development at Dragon City, on Sunday 30 September.

Dragon Towers will feature 37 floors made up of one and two bedroom apartments. Each tower will house 571 apartments, each with its own parking space. The development is linked directly to Dragon Mart, a major retail hub for Chinese companies.

Two floors of Dragon Towers will feature a variety of retail outlets catering to residents’ every day needs and there will be a clubhouse at podium level with a gym, 25-metre pool and poolside restaurant.

Dragon City is located on Hatta/Oman road, around four minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, five minutes from Dubai Safari Park and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Meydan offers climate-controlled coastal living at Marsa Meydan

Meydan is promising fresh, cool air all-year-round at Marsa Meydan, its new project unveiled at last week’s Cityscape exhibition.

Deyaar launches residential project at Dubai Science Park

Deyaar has announced plans for a new 18-storey residential project in Dubai.

Bella Rose will be located in Dubai Science Park in Al Barsha South and will feature studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. The building will include a pool, gym, sports facilities and outdoor leisure areas

Early bird’ prices start at AED 449,777 and Deyaar will cover your 4% Dubai Land Department fees.

It costs AED 10,000 to reserve a unit at Bella Rose and there are several payment plans to choose from, including one that lets you pay up to 50% of the price post handover.

Gems World Academy is around five minutes away from the project site, according to the developer, and it will take residents 12 minutes to get to Mall of the Emirates by car.

You Can Check Out The Azizi Grand Project This Weekend

Azizi Developments is holding a sales event this weekend for its Azizi Grand project in Dubai Sports City.

The event takes place on August 18 between 10am and 10pm at the Sky Bubble, on level 7 of the Meydan Hotel

Azizi Grand is a 70 metre tower with 431 apartments, including studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The building includes a gym, swimming pool, outdoor play areas and lounge.

First Phase Of Danube Lawnz Sells Out In Five Weeks

Danube Properties has announced that the first phase of its Danube Lawnz project in Dubai International City is already sold out.

The developer opened sales for off-plan units at Danube Lawnz just five weeks ago, with prices starting at AED 290,000. Once all phases are complete, in total, the project will be worth AED 550 million.

Danube said that the sell-out, which occurred during the traditionally slower summer months, highlighted the demand for reasonably priced properties in Dubai.

“The sell-out of the Lawnz in the hot summer months – a very quiet and low season for business – is a live demonstration of the public faith in the Danube brand,” said Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group.

“This is also a strong testimony of the fact that there is no shortage of buyers if the properties are offered at the right location, right price, right payment plan and the right delivery schedule.”

Danube Lawnz will eventually be made up of 1,032 units spread across a dedicated area in International City. Amenities will include a swimming pool, health club, steam and sauna room, jogging track, sports courts, and a promenade with restaurants and retail offerings.

If you wanted to get in on the Danube Lawnz action, however, you can take comfort in the fact that phase one amounted to around half of the total inventory available for the project. The developer has not said when the second phase of units will be available for sale.

Construction for Danube Lawnz is expected to begin later this year, with the project set for completion by 2020.

First Dubai Creek Harbour Residences Ready By 2019

Emaar has announced that it has made significant progress on the first phase of Dubai Creek Harbour, and that the first residents of the mega-development should be able to move in by 2019.

Dubai Creek Harbour covers six square kilometres, and will be home to The Tower, slated to be the new tallest building in the world when it’s completed.

Ahead of that, though, there’ll be plenty of properties made available around Dubai Creek Harbour, the first of which is Creek Island Dubai, the area’s flagship district. Within that, sitsthe Riviera-style Creek Marina district, which will be open to the public by “early 2019”, Emaar said.

Initially, there’ll be six residential towers containing 872 homes. All will provide panoramic views of Downtown Dubai, according to Emaar.

Once completed, Creek Island Dubai is expected to home 33,500 residents, and contain shops, restaurants and leisure attractions. There’ll also be a yacht club and a promenade, plus a hotel styled on marina-type hotels in Singapore and Shanghai.

The island will be connected to the mainland by three bridges.

On the mainland, near the mangroves of the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, is where The Tower is being constructed. The centerpiece of Dubai Creek Harbour, foundation work has already begun on the building, with 170,000 cubic metres of soil having been excavated.

Azizi Developments To Show Off Healthcare City Project This Weekend

Azizi Developments will hold a sales event this weekend for Fawad Azizi Residence, a planned freehold project in Dubai Healthcare City.

Fawad Azizi Residence will offer 396 apartments made up of studios and one and two bedroom units spread over 17 floors.

The developer says the AED 342 million building will feature a glass facade, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, swimming pool, retail areas and covered parking. It offers direct access to Al Khail road and Oud Metha road.

The event takes place at Sky Bubble (Level 7), Meydan Hotel Dubai, between 10:00am and 10:00pm on Saturday, September 8th.

Meraas Launches Port De La Mer, First Residential Community At La Mer

Meraas has unveiled Port de La Mer, a new residential neighbourhood at La Mer, a leisure area located next to Dubai Marine Beach Resort.

With a Mediterranean theme, the freehold development will include apartments and a 192-berth ‘superyacht’ marina.

La Mer includes a water park, shops and dining areas and retains part of the public beach that used to cover the area prior to its redevelopment. Port de la Mer will offer a mix of apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with sea views.

Al Furjan Azizi Plaza Set For Completion Before End Of 2018

Azizi Developments says its Al Furjan Azizi Plaza development is set for completion in the second half of 2018.

Work is currently progressing on internal finishings and elevations on the external façade. The development comprises 434 apartments made up of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units.

Phase Two Of USD 330 Million Living Legends Is Complete

Phase two of Tanmiyat’s USD 330 million Living Legends has been completed, according to reports.

This phase of development includes 500 villas and 144 apartments.

Once it’s finally finished in 2021, the gated community will include 500 villas and 3,000 apartments in 12 residential towers.

“We can assure that the project will be an example of healthy population distribution for sustainable social living by engaging the residents with different activities and encouraging residents to spend a longer time in their properties,” said Saleh Tabakh, spokesman of Tanmiyat’s management board and CEO of Delta International Real Estate.

Up to 20,000 people are expected to live within Living Legends, a gated community in Dubailand. It will include  medical, educational, retail and sports facilities, a 4-star hotel, 9-hole golf course, cycling track and numerous swimming pools.
