I can’t log in to my accountYou can do most things from My Account. Click here to log in. Your login ID is the email address you have registered with us. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link.
From the “Policies” tab click on the 3 dots in the top right corner – this opens links that allow you to download your policy, cancel your policy or view the emergency contacts.
I have not received my policy yetIf you have requested a policy start date in the future we cannot issue the policy until just before that date. There is no need worry – all your details are in our system and the policy will be processed on the proper date. When the policy is issued it will be linked to the RTA – this is done automatically by the insurer.
If you think you have not received your policy but should have, please log into My Account to check if the policy is there – it can happen that the email notification we sent went to your spam or junk folder.
