If you racked up a whole load of fines in Dubai over the course of 2016, now’s the time to pay them.

Why? Well, if you pay them before the end of 2017, you’ll get 50% off. Dubai Police announced this week that, for any Dubai-based traffic fine issued in 2016, there’ll be a 50% discount, so long as you pay this year.

Unfortunately, the discount won’t apply to fines you’ve accumulated during 2017. For those, you’ll still have to pay full price.

But still, now’s a great opportunity to get rid of any of those pesky late payments once and for all.
